On 08/29/06 our front yard was
graced with a flock of wild turkeys!
There were eleven of them in all
and they stayed for close to an
hour before moving on.
Over the years we have been
visited off and on by these birds,
but that one day was the only time
I ever saw that many on my front
lawn at one time.
